Note that there is a new camp type this year - AppCamp!! In this program students will learn about the basics of mobile app development for the Android platform and will develop a number of Apps. They will also be provided with tools to take with them in order to continue App development at home.

Cost for each camp is $375 per participant. Payment methods for camp will consist of check or cash only.

In general we accept students who are rising 8th graders (they just completed the seventh grade) through those who are rising High School Seniors. We anticipate having a number of state and NSF-funded scholarship opportunities. The state scholarships will be available to students who are at least 14 years of age (and not over 18), and are attending a secondary school in Texas (public or private, including home school). Federal and donation-based scholarships require ages 13-18 only. In order to apply for one of these scholarships, students will need to upload a copy of their birth certificate (to prove age) and either a copy of a school ID card or a Fall 2012 grade report from a Texas school. This upload will be part of the registration process. Please procure these documents prior to registering or we cannot guarantee a scholarship or a seat in the camp. If you are unable to upload the documents then we will need to receive them by mail within 15 business days, along with the camp fee, in order to be considered for a scholarship.

Please note that this is NOT a resident camp so we do not have any housing accommodations available. Students must be dropped off no earlier than 8:30 each day and picked up no later than 4:30. Also all registrants will need to submit the entire camp fee by check within 15 business days of registration in order to hold their seat. If you receive a scholarship, then your fees will be returned to you at the completion of your camp week. Also any cancellations within 5 business days of your selected camp will forfeit your fee, whether you receive a scholarship or not.
